Symptoms

• Bluish green lichen grows on the surface of leaves and twigs.
• Growth of lichen is an indication of non-pollution of the garden. Lichens are not pathogenic to plants but screens out light and reduces the plant's photosynthesic ability (Image1).

Control Measures

• In severe cases, spray 1% Bordeaux mixture.
